Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski was purportedly responsible for over 200 murders over his life, both as a Mafia contract killer and as a ruthless, unforgiving man who killed for any perceived slight. By filtering Richard's childhood through the Violentization Process, it is possible to see how his violent identity as an adult was created by his exposure to abuse and violent role models growing up. Here, Professor Wellman presents a road map for understanding and predicting how killers are made, not born.
